Overview
We are a mobile concierge medicine and wellness company serving a private, high-profile clientele. Our practice emphasizes personalized wellness, longevity, and optimization-focused care, delivered in clients’ homes with telemedicine support as appropriate.
This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy and delivering a truly elevated, individualized care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home concierge medical and wellness services to private clients
- Conduct comprehensive wellness and lifestyle assessments
- Develop highly customized wellness plans focused on prevention, optimization, and longevity
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team—including massage therapists, personal trainers, and other providers—to deliver integrated, client-specific care
- Provide education, guidance, and treatment related to peptides and other wellness-based therapies
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in client home settings
- Utilize telemedicine for follow-ups and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in good standing
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile concierge environment
- Experience or strong interest in wellness medicine, longevity, peptides, or concierge care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
- 1099 contract position
- Paid $150 per visit / per engagement
- As-needed scheduling with flexible availability
