Schedule
- Full-Time, Permanent
- 10-hour shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-home acute care services
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Treat common to complex illnesses and injuries across all age groups
- Perform minor procedures including:
- Suturing
- Splinting
- Wound care
- IV fluids and medication administration
- Point-of-care lab testing
- Coordinate follow-up care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Navigate sensitive conversations including goals of care and end-of-life discussions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Uphold high standards of safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of APP experience in:
- Emergency Room
- Urgent Care
- Current unrestricted NP or PA license in California
- National Board Certification
- DEA + Prescriptive Authority
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a mobile care environment
- Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed
