About the Role
We are looking for a PRN Nurse Practitioner to assist when needed as Clinic Director in our Dallas North (Preston Hollow area) Lewisville and Plano, TX clinics. The Clinic Director will supervise a team of Medical Assistants and LVN’s and provide direct patient care across TRT, ED, Weight Loss and Vitamin therapy treatment areas.
The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
- At least 2 years of RN experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, general practice or family medicine.
- Active DEA certificate
- Active Controlled Substance Registration
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- At least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
- Weight loss treatment: Evaluating patients for treatment using GLP-1 inhibitors
- Experience treating Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix
- Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
- Maintaining clinic census goals
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
- Leadership and Mentorship
- Sales
- Supervising Medical Assistant(s) and front-office staff
- Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Gameday is a company focused on nurturing the growth of personal, professional and financial goals of our team.
- Salary: $57.00 – $65.00 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance
- Clinic hours vary by location, typically 8-5 MWTF in Dallas North, MWF 8-5 and TT 10-7 in Plano, and MWF 8-5 in our Lewisville, TX locations.
- PRN role may be full time some weeks (to fill in for vacations) and part-time other weeks.
- DEA Registration, State license, and medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by company
Pay: $57.00 – $65.00 per hour
