Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with a variety of mental health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to best practices in psychiatric medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes.
• Stay current with advances in psychiatric research and treatment methodologies.
• Participate in educational activities and contribute to the training of medical staff and students as needed.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
