What Makes This Role Exceptional:
- Manageable Patient Load and Admin Time
- Work-Life Balance: 8 AM-5 PM schedule 5 days a week, with 1 full admin day . (Monday to Friday with Monday as an admin day or Tuesday to Saturday with Tuesday as an admin day)

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence:
- Conduct comprehensive well-woman examinations and specialized gynecological assessments
- Diagnose and manage complex gynecological conditions, including abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, PCOS, and recurrent infections
- Perform essential procedures: IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal, colposcopy, and biopsies
- Interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results with clarity and compassion
- Start and monitor IV therapy treatments
- Hormone replacement pellet insertions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Patient Advocacy & Education:
- Provide thorough explanations of conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Empower patients through education about their health and treatment options
- Maintain exceptional bedside manner that reflects our commitment to patient comfort
- Support patients and families through health challenges with empathy and expertise
Collaborative Leadership:
- Work closely with our physician team and nurse to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to practice improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and medical records
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated gynecology clinic experience
- Proven competency in LARC device management and standard gynecological procedures
- Competent with starting and troubleshooting IV lines
Clinical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge in recognizing pelvic pain, recurrent vaginitis/UTIs, endometriosis, PCOS, and abnormal bleeding
- Experience with colposcopy (additional training available for skill enhancement)
- Proficiency in contraceptive counseling and family planning
- Strong understanding of women’s health regulations and best practices
