We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-growing practice in the Norfolk area. Revolution Medicine, Health & Fitness is a membership-based specialty practice on a mission to provide a comprehensive, affordable, and accessible weight loss solution to all, through an innovative technology-driven platform, integrating evidence-based weight loss medicine, a preventive approach to individual health, and personalized nutrition and fitness.
The role is 20 hours (part time) to start, but will grow to full time as your patient panel continues to grow. Full time starts at 32 hours.
An ideal provider to join our team will have at least 1-2 years of primary care experience, and be passionate about preventive medicine, motivational lifestyle coaching, healthy nutrition, and exercise. Prior experience with weight loss treatment is a plus.

Work-life balance is very important to us, so you will have flexible hours to choose your own schedule, and split half of your clinical hours between the office and telemedicine from home. Patient appointments are also structured in 30 to 60 minute blocks, which is conducive for a low stress, unrushed environment.
