Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Physician Assistant feeling the weight of administrative burnout? At Richmond Breathe Free, we’ve built a practice that operates differently. We are looking for a high-level clinician who wants to return their focus to patient care while working alongside an elite support staff.

Most practices talk about “work-life balance,” but we’ve engineered our operations to actually protect it. Our model is designed for PAs who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment but want to leave the paperwork to the professionals.

  • Elite Support Staff: You will be supported by a STRONG team of Patient Care Managers and Medical Assistants who handle the heavy lifting of administrative duties and patient coordination.
  • Concierge Environment: We maintain a high-end, patient-centric feel. You aren’t just a number in a system; you are the clinical lead in a specialized, boutique setting.
  • True Work-Life Balance: Our mid-level providers enjoy a predictable schedule designed to prevent burnout, ensuring you have the energy for life outside the office.
  • Autonomy with Support: Manage sinus and allergy patients with a high degree of clinical independence while being part of a collaborative, expert team.

The Role

We are seeking a PA with significant clinical experience who possesses a sharp diagnostic mind and a patient-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations for sinus and allergy issues.
  • Developing and implementing specialized treatment plans.
  • Performing or assisting in clinical procedures within a state-of-the-art facility.
  • Collaborating with our surgeons and clinical leadership to maintain our high standard of care.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have several years of practice under your belt and are looking for a long-term professional home.
  • Efficiency-Minded: You appreciate a practice that runs like a well-oiled machine and want to contribute to that culture.
  • Patient-Centric: You value the “concierge” touch and excel at building trust with patients.

If you are ready to trade administrative headaches for a high-performance clinical role in Richmond, we would love to hear from you.
