Diamond Lake Clinic Wellness Center is a mental and behavioral health clinic providing integrative care that specializes in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, clinical social work, individual and family therapy. We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatric Physician Assistant for our growing mental health clinic to do psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Physician Assistant specializing in Psychiatry to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing comprehensive mental health care across diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Our services include: Outpatient Mental Health Treatment, Medication Management (including medication assisted treatment of opioid dependency and Spravato treatments for treatment resistant depression), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and other Mental Health/Wellness services.

Duties

• Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluate need for medications, and prescribe as indicated and document all information.
• Diagnose, Prescribe, Direct, and Supervise TMS and Spravato treatments.
• Provide information with others involved in treatment planning when appropriate.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks, patient inquiries, and lab work as needed.

Requirements

• Current active and unrestricted State of Minnesota License to practice medicine.
• Current DEA license (buprenorphine waiver is not required, but is a plus).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing care delivery and operations.
• Proficient in the use of computers including experience with Electronic Health Records.
• Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10 coding standards for billing purposes.
• Skilled in patient assessment, intake procedures, strong communication skills for health coaching, addiction counseling or other health initiatives.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
