Compensation + Perks

• $125K–$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)

• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Educate patients on preventive health and wellness

• Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

• NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Arabic
