$125K–$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)

Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
-
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
-
Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care

Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
-
Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
-
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
-
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
-
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
-
DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
-
Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Arabic
