What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage complex wounds including pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and chronic wounds
- Provide wound care across SNF, LTC, and/or outpatient settings in your assigned Colorado territory
- Document visits and collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and clinical leadership
- Apply evidence-based protocols using advanced wound care modalities

Requirements
- Active Colorado NP license (APRN) with prescriptive authority
- Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, or WCC) preferred — or willingness to certify
- SNF, LTC, or wound care experience a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
