Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Physician Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between healthcare providers and our organization. In this energetic role, you will foster strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare institutions to promote our services, facilitate communication, and support mutual growth. Your expertise in medical sales, account management, and negotiation will drive outreach efforts, enhance collaboration, and expand our network within the healthcare community. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to promote our services effectively.
  • Conduct service demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of medical professionals, highlighting the benefits of our offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships or collaborations through outside sales efforts and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with healthcare providers to secure mutually beneficial terms while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare industry developments to inform outreach strategies and improve engagement tactics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare compelling sales materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other tools for presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare account management with a track record of successful outside sales efforts.
  • Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedule meetings, and track outreach activities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans for growth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with product demos is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
