CNA Duties
- Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates, ensuring timely communication of changes to nursing staff.
- Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring medical records are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an assisted living environment to deliver comprehensive patient service.
Experience
- MUST have valid Kansas Certified Nurse Aide License.
CMA Duties
- Safely administer prescribed medications to residents following all HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication effects, and patient responses using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility support, tube feeding, catheter care, and other personal care tasks.
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental health status to a licensed nurse.
- Maintain accurate medical records, document medication administration, and ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents’ emotional well-being through compassionate caregiving and engaging communication.
Experience
- MUST have an active Kansas Certified Medication Aide license.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
