Our Rheumatology Clinic is seeking:
Experienced PA/NP : Low-Burnout Clinical Role (No Patient Visits)
Location: Overland Park, KS Schedule: 2–3 days/week (flexible, predictable hours)
Type: W2 or 1099 contractor
A Different Kind of Clinical Role If you’re an experienced PA/NP who still loves medicine, but no longer wants the stress of high patient volume, time pressure, or constant interruptions then this role was designed for you. This is a quiet, focused, physician-supported position where your clinical judgment matters, without the chaos of a traditional schedule.
What Makes This Role Different: No patient visits. No rushing room to room.
No productivity quotas or RVU pressure with Minimal interruptions, structured workflow, Time to think through cases carefully, Direct collaboration with physician (not isolated decision-making), Predictable, controlled workdays
What You’ll Do: Thoughtful review of labs and diagnostic results
Manage patient messages with clinical judgment and clarity
Assist with medication adjustments and safety monitoring
Support infusion therapy oversight (protocol-based)
Help optimize charts and care plans

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
