Your Impact
As an NP or PA in Adult Medicine, you’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive care to adult patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Partner with patients to develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes
- Educate patients on lifestyle, prevention, and disease management
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligible for or current Connecticut licensure
- DEA and state narcotic registration (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based care
- Preferred: 8+ years of ambulatory or urgent care experience
