Stellar Pain & Spine Specialists is a physician-owned, rapidly growing pain management practice committed to evidence-based, compassionate care. We treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions using interventional procedures, regenerative medicine, medication management, and multidisciplinary approaches.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, follow-up visits, and pre-/post-procedure assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized pain management plans.
- Review imaging, labs, and diagnostics to guide care.
- Provide clear patient education regarding treatment plans and procedures.
Procedural & Practice Support
- Assist with in-clinic procedures including trigger point injections, joint injections, regenerative therapies, and fluoroscopic-guided interventions (as trained).
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Coordinate patient care, assist with medication management, and support prior authorizations.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to maintain smooth clinic flow.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
- Current Illinois PA license (or eligibility).
- NCCPA certification required.
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, anesthesia, or PM&R preferred but not required—training provided.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Schedule & Compensation
- Work across multiple clinic locations, including: Swedish Covenant Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital (Lincoln Park)
- Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
