Do you have a passion to help the geriatric population medically? This outstanding position is for you!
An energetic and eager Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed to serve in a Nursing home located in the Chicago, IL.
You will be responsible for managing patient care under the company and the facility’s policies, with the goal of minimizing hospitalizations.
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of Illinois
- Long term care experience is strongly preferred
- OK with Nursing Home setting
- Full time
- Monday – Friday
- 8 Hour Days
- No weekends
