Physician Assistant (PA)Houston, TX 77015
We are seeking a Texas-licensed Physician Assistant to join our growing Occupational Health & Urgent Care Clinic. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a trusted leader in Occupational Health expanding into urgent care and telehealth.
We have PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time roles available.
You’ll report directly to the Clinic Director and serve as the lead clinical professional—providing patient care, clinical leadership, and setting high standards in practice.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Triage, evaluate, and treat patients in urgent care & occupational health settings
- Provide urgent care services: musculoskeletal injury care, wound care, suturing, and more
- Conduct occupational health exams: DOT physicals, hearing screenings, drug & alcohol testing
- Deliver excellent patient care and communicate treatment plans effectively
- Document patient records and follow-up care
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas (TMB, interim license, or compact license)
- Active DEA registration (preferred)
- PA-C / NCCPA certification (a plus)
- Active BLS certification
- At least 3+ years of experience strongly preferred, especially with DOT certification (NRCME by FMCSA): Don’t have DOT certification? We’ll cover training at no cost—must be completed within 90 days
- Prior experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, ER, or Walk-In Clinics strongly preferred
