Nurse Practitioner/ Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Job Description

Job SummaryWant do house calls in hotels like the show “White Lotus”, our medical director is an ER physician who was on that show!! and possibly work in a concierge urgent care doing high acuity urgency care that also does longevity, peptides, and anti-aging medicine .

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant midlevel or highly skilled ER, ICU, or concierge RN to join our mobile concierge medical practice performing health house calls in Oahu and possibly in Maui (where some of the training will be done). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans for patients across various demographics.

This role requires a strong foundation in either family practice, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, addiction medicine, street medicine, and excellent clinical bedside manner with a focus on delivering exceptional care in both office and house call settings. The style of concierge medicine will be explained and demonstrated as its a very unique model that requires a provider to think outside the box of traditional inpatient and insurance set clinics (high volume, poor followup, limited access, no autonomy). If have aesthetics training and or want to obtain we are open to adding this practice.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and document findings accurately in EMR with basic charting for patient care (NOT insurance billing).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Possibly perform micro-needling treatments (after training), for simple aesthetics, and open to allow injection if trained (botox and fillers)
  • Administer medications, start IVs, do simple laceration, joint reductions procedures to manage patient conditions.
  • Ability to consult specialists when needed and help follow up on concierge patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Engage in clinical research activities to contribute to the advancement of healthcare practices.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventive care.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
  • Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment.
  • Experience or training in esthetic laser treatment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of internal medicine, pediatrics, and inpatient care practices.
  • Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
