Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Based in Mesa, AZ, this full-time role is designed for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to provide advanced care in a setting that prioritizes outcomes over volume. Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and gather complete medical histories
- Design and execute treatment plans for chronic and acute pain conditions
- Utilize interventional procedures and conservative modalities to manage pain
- Independently or collaboratively perform procedures, including:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation
- Spinal cord stimulator trials
- Vertebral augmentation, Vertiflex, and MILD procedures
- Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results to support clinical decisions
- Prescribe medications within scope and compliance guidelines
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with physicians, radiologists, and other team members
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico-based programs excluded)
- Current and unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active DEA registration with Schedule II–IV prescribing authority
- 1–2 years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine care, or related specialty strongly preferred
- Familiarity with interventional techniques and chronic pain treatment protocols
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient rapport
