We are a growing premier plastic surgery practice dedicated to delivering exceptional aesthetic and reconstructive care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience in surgical, dermatologic, or aesthetic medicine settings, is passionate about patient care, and thrives in a collaborative, high-end clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the plastic surgeon.
  • Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including suture removal, dressing changes, wound checks, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in in-office procedures, including but not limited to: injectables, minor excisions, laser treatments, microneedling, regenerative and PRP therapy.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, postoperative instructions, skincare regimens, and recovery expectations.
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EMR system.
  • Participate in regenerative medicine therapies, including PRP, exosome treatments, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and fat transfer adjuncts.
  • Monitor patients for complications and address concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
  • Contribute to patient satisfaction and practice growth through excellence in care and communication

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted license as a PA-C in California.
  • Board certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related surgical specialty (preferred).
  • Experience or interest in regenerative medicine treatments strongly desired.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional bedside manner.
  • Proficient in clinical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
