Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Functional Medicine)Location: Alpharetta, GAEmployment Type: Part-Time (2 to 5 days per week)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our Alpharetta clinic.
Job Description:As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic and comprehensive care to our patients. Your primary focus will be on extensive patient history intake, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing individualized treatment plans that address both physiological and psychosocial factors.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive history intakes.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a functional medicine approach.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and wellness strategies.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.- Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a current Georgia license.- 1 to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on functional medicine.- Strong understanding of holistic health practices and the ability to implement comprehensive care strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
