Full Job Description
This is a job opportunity for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work as a hospitalist to round at hospital(s) in the Culver City and Inglewood areas. Currently, the position is available as part-time, especially help with weekend coverage, but there is room to grow and expand to full-time coverage as well. Prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Propose treatments for chronic and acute diseases
- Prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with consultants and families

Listed pay is for full-time position. Total compensation is based on production. You have the option to be paid as an independent contractor. Your malpractice insurance is paid by us. Pay is competitive.
