We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant ( PA) to join our friendly, family-oriented practice specializing in Orthopedics. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to be part of an established team committed to providing excellent patient care. Looking for a reliable, responsible individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. Looking for an individual that wants to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, focusing their orthopedic needs
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with other medical staff for comprehensive patient care
- Adapt to new processes and procedures while ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow proper documentation guidelines
Requirements:
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Valid and active Florida NP/PA license
- Certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C required
