Full Job Description
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/midwife/PA with experience in GYN and women’s health to diagnose and treat health conditions in gynecology, as well as promote good health practices. Candidates should feel very comfortable evaluating, diagnosing and managing gynecologic conditions such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and recurrent infection (to name a few) and perform common Gynecology procedures. Please do not apply if you require basic trainin in Gynecology.
A willingness to learn how to manage more complex gynecologic conditions under a highly skilled physician.
The job description includes those expected of a provider including but not limited to conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, administering and monitoring treatments, and overseeing patients’ health.
You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. You should have experience in women’s health care including IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, colposcopy (can train) , biopsies and management of common Gyn complaints.
As a provider you’ll have to work closely with physicians, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude aimed at growing your skills.
Someone who is eager to have her own panel of patients and requires minimal supervision is preferred.

Patient volume is capped to 15 patients a day scheduled in 30 minute increments to allow for ample time to properly care for patients and prevent provider burnout.
Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with the first hour blocked for administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Order and review diagnostic tests , share results with patients in a timely manner
- Thorough, comprehensive explanation of results and treatment plans to patients
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Propose treatments for common gynecological conditions
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Maintain accurate records and schedules including completing medical charting in a timely manner
- Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
- Oversee patients’ overall health and gyn health
- Promote good health practices
- Contribute to the overall vision of the company
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years in experience as a nurse practitioner/PA/midwife in a Gynecology clinic, with familiarity with LARC devices, Standard Gyn procedures and chief complaints (please do not apply if you do not have this)

Pay: $65.52 – $76.53 per hour
