Position Summary:
- Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients through collaboration with on-call Medical Director if needed
- Provide patient education through evaluation, management, and treatment, which include diagnostic results, prescriptions, and ongoing care
- Maintain, timely and accurate medical documentation
- Promoter of patient centered care in a positive team environment
- Must be DOT certified, or willing to pursue.
Clinic Information:
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm
- Providers typically work entire day (12 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 hours, Saturday and Sunday)
- Flexible scheduling based on personal needs
- Shift length subject to change if double coverage necessitated
- Medical Scribes are a consideration based on volumes
