Full Job Description

Broadway Medical Clinic is a leading physician owned clinic providing exceptional medical care to the Hollywood District since 1932. Our physicians, nurses and staff are committed to the highest quality in patient care.

Broadway Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced Physician Associate (PA). We are looking to find an PA to join our adult primary care team who is a true believer in providing quality care to their patients, and wanting to have their own panel of patients! Join a thriving practice with lots of support – and hit the ground running. Our Providers will work with a team who will assist in running an efficient practice while providing the best care to our patients.

Position Details:

  • Full Time Opportunity (but part-time is also an option)
  • Flexible hours and scheduling: typically providers work 4 days per week, plus 1 rotating Saturday (8 am-12pm) every 4-6 weeks. Rotating Saturday is a shared requirement for all providers.
  • Training Provided
  • Work with a full support staff including a shared nurse (between you and 1 other provider on your work days), and your own assigned medical assistant. You will also have a patient care coordinator working with you and up to 3 other providers (depending upon full and part-time schedules).
  • This position is in Adult Internal Medicine, and as such functions as a PCP. You will have your own panel of patients.
  • Most of our PCP’s see 16-24 patients per day

Compensation:

  • For full time status we use a baseline definition of 4 days per week+ rotating Saturday, from 8:30 am-5pm. Salary would be $140,000 plus quarterly production bonuses based on wRVUs. The base salary is adjusted based upon contracted hours accordingly.
  • DEA Renewal Fees Paid
  • License Renewal Fees Paid for Oregon and WA
  • Reasonable Professional Association Dues Paid
  • 3 weeks of vacation (based on days worked)
  • 1 week of paid sick leave (based on days worked)
  • 2 weeks allowed for CMEs (based on days worked)
  • $2,500 CME expenses allowed annually
  • Malpractice “claims made” at $2M/$6M.

Must have the following:

  • At least 3 years experience in same or related specialty
  • Or least 3 years experience in a clinical out-patient care setting
  • Board Certification of eligibility
  • Must have active unrestricted Oregon PA License
  • Ability to collaborate with the team of staff
