General Surgery Physician Assistant Wyoming – Near Yellowstone National Park! POSITION Hospital-employed General Surgery PA Join an established, high-volume surgical practice alongside Dr. Thomas Etter Monday-Thursday clinic (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM-Noon) Typical clinic volume of approximately 15 patients/day Assist with pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, inpatient rounding, and surgical first assist Opportunity to independently manage clinic patients while the surgeon is operating Shared call with surgeon (approximately 10 call days/month) Broad autonomy with physician support SURGICAL EXPERIENCE Heavy Da Vinci robotic surgery Regional trauma experience Breast surgery Colon surgery Thyroid surgery Hernia repair (including complex hiatal hernias) Upper GI surgery Endoscopy Broad-spectrum rural General Surgery rarely seen in today’s practice WHY THIS PRACTICE Train with one of Wyoming’s broadest-scope General Surgeons Significant mentorship available Busy practice with exceptional operative exposure Opportunity to develop advanced procedural skills Work in Wyoming’s regional trauma program Hospital pursuing designation as a Robotic Center of Excellence COMPENSATION Competitive salary based on experience Experienced PAs approximately $150K+ Highly experienced PAs $175K+ Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Student loan reimbursement Quality bonus wRVU incentive Annual CME allowance + paid CME days Full health benefits 401(k) Malpractice coverage No state income tax Job Reference: PA 26480
