Job Summary This position would be employed by Mountain State Orthopedic Association. Physician Assistant – Orthopedic Surgery Locations: Bridgeport, WV & Morgantown, WV Our growing orthopedic surgery practice is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our experienced team. Why You’ll Love This Position No weekends No holidays No on-call responsibilities Primarily outpatient clinic with the opportunity to assist in surgery Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Position Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in the orthopedic clinic Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care Order and interpret diagnostic studies Perform office procedures, including injections and splinting/casting as appropriate Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care Collaborate with a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers The position is primarily clinic-based and serves patients in both our Bridgeport and Morgantown office locations, with scheduled operating room time. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification and eligibility for West Virginia licensure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
