Psych Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – West Allis, WI
Job Type: Full-TimeShift: Days (Monday-Friday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide psychiatric care in West Allis, WI. The practitioner will collaborate with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality psychiatric care, including patient evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and care coordination in both live and virtual settings.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin.
- Board-eligible/certified in psychiatry.
- 2+ years of experience in psychiatric care (preferred).
- Leadership experience in behavioral health (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with process improvement (preferred).

Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
