Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: 320 N Wisconsin St, De Pere, WI
Clinic Name: Wagner Integrative Health
Job Type: Part time to start with goal of full time (32 hours weekly)
Monday-Thursday
8:00am-5:00pm

Wagner Integrative Health is a dynamic integrative health clinic dedicated to providing innovative, patient-centered care. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health through functional medicine, biohacking, and cutting-edge therapies. We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help drive our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and diagnostic evaluations.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on functional medicine principles.
· Collaborate with other providers to ensure seamless patient care.
· Perform Hormone Pellet Procedures and assist with IV Therapy.
· Educate patients on preventive care, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
· Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Current APNP license for the state of WI or Physician Assistant license
- Valid DEA license
- Experience in Integrative/Functional medicine preferred, but not required
- We do not accept insurance at our clinic and therefore require provider to be opted out of Medicare by start date
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Expected hours: 20-32 hours weekly
