Blue Wolf Transformations is seeking an experienced surgical PA-C to perform minimally invasive awake liposuction at our Wisconsin clinics. This role offers high autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong work–life balance.We strongly encourage women to apply.
About the Role
- Perform awake liposuction in-clinic
- Conduct physical exams, review medical histories and pre-qualify patients for procedures
- Write prescriptions (DEA required or willingness to obtain)
- Provide post-op follow-up visits
- Maintain accurate documentation & ensure HIPAA compliance
- Cover cases at both Brookfield and Appleton clinics
Requirements
- PA-C with 3+ years of plastic surgery experience
- Must have performed 100+ liposuction cases
- Wisconsin PA license + DEA (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach

Compensation
- $200,000 base salary
- Performance bonuses
