We specialize in a root-cause approach to patient care, emphasizing teamwork, lifelong learning, and cutting-edge functional medicine. This is a unique opportunity for PAs seeking professional growth in a supportive and balanced workplace.
What You’ll Get by Working with Us

- Work-Life Balance:
- Salaried position working 38-40 hours per week at the office.
- 6.5 patient care hours per day to ensure quality and balance.
- 4-day work week (Fridays through Sundays off) starting January 2025.
- Generous 3 weeks PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
- Flexible triage responsibilities: One out of every four weeks requiring only 1-4 hours of remote computer-based triage.
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $110,000 with bonuses based on key performance indicators (KPIs) after one year.
- $1,500 CME Reimbursement plus 4 paid CME days annually after the first year (CME must be 75% functional medicine-related and pre-approved).

Additional Requirements:
- CME must be 75% functional medicine-related and pre-approved.

Your Role at WIFM
As a Physician Assistant at WIFM, you’ll play an integral role in transforming patient lives through a functional medicine approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient evaluations, follow-ups, and care plans using functional medicine protocols. Completing procedures based on level of experience.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.
- Educating patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and holistic strategies to achieve their health goals.
- Engaging in 18-24 months of directed self-learning and onsite mentorship to develop a strong foundation in functional medicine.
