What You’ll Do:
As a Certified NP or PA-C, you will be a key clinical provider in skilled nursing facility and outpatient clinic, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Provide evidence-bases primary medical care services treating a full range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric.
- Performing general in-office procedures.
- Managing a patient panel for comprehensive primary care, including both acute and chronic care needs.
- Providing patients and families with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and the need for follow-up as appropriate during each visit.
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other sources of service when necessary.
- EMR proficient – Advanced MD preferred
