Full Job Description
Looking for something different? Tired of working for high pressure, large institutions where you are over-worked and under-appreciated? Looking for more autonomy and less bureaucracy? A place where you are actually given enough time to evaluate a patient without feeling stressed and rushed? Want the ability to build lasting relationships with your patients and make a difference in their lives? Isn’t this what you went into medicine for?
Come and join our clinic at Rose Medical Groups. We are the practice you have been looking for. We are fully staffed with MD/DOs, NPs and PAs. We have full support staff and a nurse case manager. Our clinic hours are 9a-6pm M-F and we also offer Saturday urgent care. Our clinic provides full scale family practice. No OB. No call. Out-patient medicine only. Join us and be part of a team that is growing in a community that is happy to have us here.
Our clinic is like family. The environment is collegial. Everyone’s input is valued and respected. Your voice matters here, and you will have the opportunity to influence clinic policies and procedures, because as a team, we can work together to provide the best medical care for our patients. Practice medicine as you envisioned, supported by a dedicated team and grateful patients.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits. A performance bonus is offered quarterly. Patient schedule is 16 patients per day, 30 minutes per patient. There is an onsite lab and xrays are available nearby.
