Job Description:An emergency medicine group in the Vancouver, WA area is seeking an experienced PA or NP to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the emergency department under the supervision of attending physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform procedures commonly encountered in emergency medicine, including but not limited to suturing, splinting, and wound care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Schedule:
- 16 shifts per month, each shift lasting 8 hours.
