Full Job Description
An established dermatology practice in Nanuet, NY is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Providers with 2+ years of dermatology experience will be considered first. The group specializes in medical dermatology but there is the opportunity to provide cosmetic services if interested.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time hours
- Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends
- NO call
- Provide medical dermatology services
- Common conditions treated include acne, atypical moles, eczema, hair/scalp conditions, nail conditions, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer, skin infections, etc.
- Perform cosmetic services if interested
- Dermal fillers, Botox, chemical peels, lasers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State License
- 2+ years dermatology experience
- Knowledge of dermatology procedures, treatments, and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (EMR)
