Your team of 3-4 clinical concierges (medical assistants and XRTs) enable you to deliver care at an accelerated pace, delivering the Indigo Experience, to every patient, every time.

Location: Join our float pool team and support Indigo Urgent Care clinics in the greater Puget Sound region of Washington state.
Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Schedule: 8am-8pm, Full-time & Part-Time openings between 8-14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team. Successful providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it convenient, friendly and accessible for all. Driven by collaboration, providers practice evidence-based medicine and deliver a ‘wow’ experience for each patient.
Requirements
- Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting
- Preferred: Confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously – additional training provided as needed
