- Embedded Behavioral Health Provider
- ADHD assessment and treatment
- Allergy testing
- Anxiety and depression screening and treatment
- Behavioral health and concerns
- Care for minor illnesses and injuries
- Concussions
- Cough, cold and/or sore throats
- Ear infections
- Eye infections
- Growth and development
- Illness
- Immunizations
- Nutrition
- Sports physicals
- Warts
- Well-child checks
- April 8 and ongoing
- Initial 13-week contract
- Potential to extend
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 90 days
Skills and Requirements:
- NP or PA certification
- Active Washington NP or PA license
- AHA BLS certification
- 1-year Pediatric experience
Pay Rate:
- $110.00 per hour
- Eligible for overtime
- Completion bonus with 13-week contract completion
Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging
This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
