Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team of 20 providers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and have a passion for serving the geriatric population. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their health needs, provide treatment, and ensure comprehensive care in an assisted living environment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations in an assistant living environment or skilled nursing environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with colleagues and document patient information accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver acute care services for patients requiring immediate attention.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in Washington and/or Idaho or able to apply
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
