Daiya Healthcare is a leader in the post-acute care industry recruiting for its continued expansion. We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant Specialist in Pain Management to manage patients in skilled nursing and long term care facilities via telemedicine. We support a balanced work life with job fulfillment for all our employees.
In this position, you will make daily rounds Monday through Friday, providing care to patients along with creating relationships with all members of the patient’s healthcare team. DAIYA Healthcare is a multi-specialty group, and support is available when needed. We offer a preceptor program to new graduates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with DAIYA staff and facility leadership
- Provide compassionate care for patients in our facilities
- Collaborate care with the patient’s healthcare team
- Attend facility meetings as necessary
- Complete all documentation in EHR
Required Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted PA WA state license, or ability to obtain
- DEA license, or ability to obtain
- National Certification, or ability to obtain
- Experience working in nursing homes a plus
