As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our patients. We are a small practice, only five employees, so it is imperative that you are a team player and love to learn. Located in Seattle, our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team environment. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate PA/NP with a hunger to learn to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and managing dry eye disease in patients of all ages. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our treatment protocols and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

– LEARN!- Assist to conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess dry eye conditions.- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.- Perform advanced procedures- Administer and monitor treatments including prescription medications and therapeutic devices including Botox, IPL, Radio Frequency, Plasma Pen- Educate patients.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.- Participate in research and clinical trials related to dry eye disease.- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in dry eye management.- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Requirements:

– PA or NP interested in Ophthalmology and Dermatology, preference given for prior experience- State medical license, Board Certification and DEA registration.- Excellent clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:
