The Advanced Practice Provider position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This is a part-time position, working Mon/Tues/Weds in our Everett clinic (8:00am-4:30pm) and every other weekend in our Seattle clinic (7:00am-3:30pm).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Assist in managing fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Educate patients about fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state RN license or Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $95,000 to $115,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000 per Year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
