Position: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care Coverage
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $85/hr
Job Type: Locums, Full-time or Part-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Role Breakdown: This position involves assisting with Palliative Care coverage, providing crucial support to our team. The role is split into two parts:

0.5 FTE: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

0.5 FTE: Thursday, Friday (Our physician is in office during these days, so coverage need is lower)
Requirements:

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Current licensure in the state of Washington

Prior experience in Palliative Care is preferred but not required

Local candidates in Seattle or willing to commute are preferred
Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and comprehensive Palliative Care to patients

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Conduct assessments, manage symptoms, and provide support to patients and families
