Full Job Description

Join a purpose-driven, Infectious Disease practice delivering timely, expert care to hospitals. Seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our high-performing virtual team in a role that offers flexibility, fulfillment, and competitive compensation without compromising on quality of care or quality of life. This is a fully remote 0.75 FTE position with unmatched scheduling flexibility and strong clinical infrastructure. This OPAT role will be following hospital visits to provide continuous care for our patients who are discharged from the hospital under the guidance of supervising Infectious Disease Physicians. Principle Duties and Functions:

  • Management and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting
  • Outpatient laboratory monitoring patients on long term antibiotic therapy
  • Coordination of care between surgical and medical specialties Essential Skills:
  • Knowledgeable of a wide range of infectious diseases and therapies
  • Ability to manage large patient panels
  • Excellent communications skills with patients, medical professionals and family members
  • Ability to provide Telemedicine visits Schedule & Compensation:
  • 0.75 FTE opening: around 18/19 shifts per month (6-hour shifts)
  • Compensation is between $140,065 and $161,011 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or PA licensure
  • Experience in Infectious Disease related field required
  • Telehealth experience preferred
