NURSE PRACTITIONER (ARNP) or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA-C )
Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC) Sleep Surgery clinic has an outstanding opportunity for an ARNP, Nurse Practitioner; or PA-C, Physician Assistant.
WORK SCHEDULE:
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Harborview Medical Center’s Sleep Surgery program focuses on surgery for treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults and children. Surgical treatments for OSA include a broad range of procedures performed in the clinic or operating room that enlarge and/or stabilize the upper airway.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing
AND Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges
AND National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
AND ACLS certification
OR
Licensure as a Physician’s Assistant in the State of Washington with national certification from a national certifying body (NCCPA).
Applicant must be eligible to receive hospital staff appointments for adjunct staff membership by the Organized Medial Staff of the hospital under Medical Staff By-Laws for hospital-based positions.
