We are currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for our Federal Way office who is committed to delivering dependable, compassionate, innovative, and excellent patient care.

The key duties and responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Ø Office-based, musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment for new and existing patients.
Ø Greeting/ identifying patient & completing and documenting an accurate history and physical examination of patients; may include moving and positioning patients.
Ø Conducting comprehensive or episodic health assessments and developing patient care plans
Ø Ordering and interpreting tests, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice
Ø We do not do medication management, medication prescribing and/or adjustment is necessary when warranted.
Ø Instruct and counsel patients regarding the total treatment plan & therapeutic regimes.
Ø Providing clear, concise, and accurate information regarding patient care in the medical record
Ø Obtain/maintain technical familiarity and proficiency for specific procedures prior to their performance. Remain proficient in the utilization of commonly used clinical protocols and guidelines.
Ø Per licensing, training, and individual scope of practice, performs therapeutic and/or diagnostic musculoskeletal injections.
Ø Participates in continuing medical education and local professional organizations.
Ø Participates in strategic planning and process improvement as identified.
Ø Participates in special projects, education, and marketing functions as a representative of the practice.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of accredited Physician’s Assistant Program.
- Washington State Physician Assistant License, Current
- Current Certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is an asset.
- Washington State prescriptive and e-prescribing privilege.
- 3-5 years’ work experience preferred. (Ortho-spine or neuro is most relevant). Open to training.
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred.

Ø Self-motivated; able to work following specific guidelines and in accordance with detailed instructions; measure self against standard of excellence, overcome obstacles and challenges with little supervision.
Ø Physical, logistical, social, and psychological ability to dependably perform the essential functions outlined in the position description.
Ø Ultrasound experience/skills preferred
$5000 sign on bonus
Quarterly production bonus after 1 year employment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
