Job Summary

Anesis Spine and Pain Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As an ARNP/PA you will identify candidates for interventional pain procedures as well as providing pain medication to our chronic pain patients. If you have a great attitude, coachable and fun to work with, this position is a good fit for you. This is a part-time position at our Everett clinic.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Quality

  • Educated, certified and licensed to perform core responsibilities of an ARNP/PA
  • Use and understanding of evidence-based clinical guidelines

Performs ongoing medical education within the sub-specialty

  • Interested in collaboration with a fellowship-trained physician to provide the full spectrum of evaluation, management, and procedural patient care services
  • Use and understanding of responsibility to patient safety and reporting of any/all unusual clinical occurrences.
  • Uses own clinical knowledge, and evidence-based guidelines to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for a variety of clinical ailments within the scope of independent practice, including prescribing and referring patients as appropriate.

Patient service

  • Excel at customer service, treating patients and coworkers with courtesy, respect, and compassion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and other team members

Entrepreneurial Spirit

  • Ability to work independently, with limited physician supervision and oversight, while seeking timely and appropriate consultations as necessary.
  • Maintains a productive work schedule, charting in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in the staffing department, with the ability to adjust schedules to meet market and patient demand.

Certification, Licensure,

  • A current ARNP License for the State of Washington is required.
