Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our mobile wound care team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a balanced schedule, while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide care in patient homes and skilled nursing facilities
- Conduct telehealth visits as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document visits accurately and manage your own schedule
Qualifications
- Active NP (FNP, APRN) or PA license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care, urgent care, or wound care (preferred)
- Critical care background (ER or ICU) is a plus
- Independent, organized, and compassionate with strong interpersonal skills
