About the Clinic
We’re a thriving, independent medical clinic in Bellevue, WA, delivering high-quality, personalized care through a hybrid Direct Primary Care (DPC) + insurance model. Since 2015, we’ve built a trusted practice focused on root-cause treatment, continuity of care, and helping patients make meaningful change.
Our services include:
Comprehensive primary care
Opioid addiction treatment using evidence-based MAT
A growing obesity and lifestyle medicine program focused on metabolic health and behavior change
About the Role:
We’re looking for a mission-aligned Physician Assistant to join the team and play a key role in both direct patient care and program expansion. This is not a support role—it’s a chance to lead, build your own panel, and help shape the future of care delivery in a no-fluff, high-impact environment.
You’ll have clinical autonomy while working side-by-side with the physician-owner across:
DPC and insurance-based primary care
Opioid addiction treatment
Lifestyle-based obesity and metabolic care
–-
What You’ll Do:
Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations
Deliver full-scope care including assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Prescribe and manage medications, including Suboxone if eligible
Lead and grow our metabolic care services (nutrition, behavior change, weight loss)
Provide ongoing care to long-term DPC and general insurance patients
Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team that values autonomy and results
Document clearly and efficiently in our EMR system
—
Who You Are:
You’re a clinically sharp, collaborative PA who:
Has experience or interest in internal medicine, primary care, family medicine, addiction medicine, or weight management/metabolic health
Enjoys forming long-term relationships and helping patients take control of their health
Thrives in an environment that prioritizes autonomy, continuity, and mission over metrics
Wants to be part of something meaningful—not just clock in and out
–
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Washington
DEA certification (or eligibility) to prescribe controlled substances
Experience in internal medicine, primary care, family medicine, addiction treatment, or lifestyle/metabolic care preferred
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and follow-through
Comfort working independently while collaborating with a physician-led team
—
