Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and two APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center.
- Our group of physicians and APPs is diverse, with various training and experience backgrounds.
- Our academic facility collaborates with medical students, residents, and APPs in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible physician assistants.
- Acute care trained preferred.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, and we cover for each other when we’re out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with 24/7 intensivist critical care coverage for backup, daily rounding during the day, and being available by phone at night (our team is not expected to do procedures).
- Respond to codes and rapid response.
- Team members must have some level of stewardship and involvement in committees, the hospital, and Sound Physicians’ objectives.
